We DO NOT ship to P.O. BOXES.
Please make sure you enter the correct billing address that is associated with your bank or credit card. (If the address is not the same, your order may not be processed)
If your card is declined, and you see a PENDING transaction on your account... It will fall off in 24-48 hrs (depending on your bank). The pending transaction is not a charge! It is showing the attempt of the customer trying to complete a transaction.
1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?
Processing on standard shipping takes 2-3 business days before your order is shipped. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Express Shipping orders are processed within 24 hrs and shipping typically takes 2 to 3 business days.
Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location.
Domestic Regular Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location.
International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location.
2. When will my tracking number start to update?
After receiving your shipped order email, shipping activity and updates will become available after 24hrs. Your tracking number will come to your email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see the email inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders please Contact Us on our website, or at lavieroyalus@gmail.com (Make sure your email has your order number in the title).
3. Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately, orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete.
